Hey Fight Family! 🥊

We’ve got some incredible energy on the mats lately! Our community is growing, and I’m thrilled to welcome a mix of fresh faces and returning legends.

On the adult side, Chris Hayden is back in action and healthy! New students, definitely make a point to say hi—Chris is a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic mentor to have in your corner. For the kids, it’s awesome to see Jack and Liv back with those huge smiles, ready to dive into wrestling!

Let’s give a massive welcome to our newest members:

  • Jacob – diving into Combat Arts for the first time!
  • David – bringing his Krav Maga experience to the team.
  • Troy & Anthony – brothers coming from a Competition BJJ background, now ready to sharpen their striking game.

Make sure to introduce yourself and make them feel at home!

Talking about Chris! Chris has decided to give back to our fight family and bring his extensive knowledge of wrestling to our emerging Youth Wrestling Program. Ages 6-9. A big personal thank you. Please support this unique program and tell family and friends about this great opportunity.

The Challenge is BACK! 👕 Nobody took home the prize last month, so the 12-class challenge starts fresh right now! Who’s going to be the first to earn that custom personalized t-shirt? Get those sessions in!

New Gym Equipment: We have new Cardio Equipment in the gym! Come check it out. Parents, please keep the young ones off the equipment, they are too large to be used safely for younger chidren.

Quick Schedule Note: I’ll be taking a quick breather for vacation from February 19th – 24th.

  • Feb 19: No afternoon or evening classes.
  • Feb 21: No Combatives class.
  • Feb 23 (Monday): Jay has you covered for Boxing! I’ll be back on the morning of the 24th, so Tuesday’s afternoon and evening classes are on as scheduled.

Big News: The New Space! 🏗️ It’s looking like we’ll be moving next door by the end of March! While business deals always have their twists, everything is currently on track. My goal is a lightning-fast one-weekend transition so we can start training in the new space immediately while the final touches happen in the background.
