Welcome to the onboarding class at Mod My Fight! We’re thrilled to guide you through an exciting 12-week journey of 24 classes. In this comprehensive program, you’ll delve into the fundamental aspects of Boxing, AMT Kickboxing, and Modern Combatives.
Throughout the course, you’ll uncover essential stances, footwork, and defense techniques. You’ll learn various strikes, kicks, and even some unconventional moves like dirty fighting techniques and joint locks. Additionally, you’ll master the art of being an effective training partner by understanding the proper way to hold focus pads, muay thai pads, flappers, and target shields.
We’ll also introduce you to Mod My Fights’ unique numbering system, which covers both individual strikes and combos. This class serves as a fantastic stepping stone to our more dynamic courses offered at the gym.
